Studio concept — not a clientWorld 04 / Web & app

One cup.
Two screens.

Matchan is a matcha shop that doesn’t exist — yet. Palace built the brand, the mascot, the menu and the ordering system around it. Customers order from their phone. The counter gets the ticket the second they hit send.

What it is
A studio concept. Not a real shop, not a client.

Why build itThe brief we gave ourselves

A mascot that
does the job.

Most shop mascots live on a cup sleeve and nowhere else. Matchan works the whole shift: waving while you browse, whisking while it’s made, cheering when it’s ready, asleep when the counter’s clear.

The brand and the product are one idea. Every screen, sticker and status comes out of the same five colors and the same thick line — so the app feels like the shop, and the shop feels like the app.

Matchan is a studio concept by Palace Studios. It isn’t a real shop, and no real orders are taken. Demo orders stay in your browser.
