Unsolicited redesign — not a clientWorld 04 / Web & app

Same product.
Sharper first scroll.

Memorable (YC S27) gives AI agents procedural memory. The proof is on their site — it’s just a long way down. Palace reimagined the mobile first scroll: lead with the outcome, put the proof up top, make installing a one-tap move.

What we made

The rule

Four movesWhat changed and why
  1. 01

    Lead with the outcome

“Agents that get better with every run” was their second headline. It’s the first thing you read now. The category description moves to the line below, in their own words.

  2. 02

    Proof in the first scroll

Y Combinator, a Garry Tan line and three design-partner results — all theirs, all moved up from further down the page.

  3. 03

    One move to start

For a developer, the install command is the call to action. One tap copies it. The recall example types itself out underneath, so you see what you’re installing.

  4. 04

    Light enough for a phone

No video, no preloader, no webfonts. The whole reimagined first scroll is a single file of about 14KB. The brand stays: black, violet, monospace and the ASCII field — kept behind the art, never behind the words.
